We currently have an opening for a Civil Engineer in the Site Design Services Division at our Brookfield, WI location.

Civil Engineer – Site Design - 0-2 years experience - Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting engineering teams with pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.
• Assisting engineering teams with the performance of hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and preparing stormwater management plans and reports.
• Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

Requirements

Civil Engineer – Site Design - 0-2 years experience - Hybrid, Remote Possible - Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university and some applicable work experience.
• EIT certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in design of site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects is preferred.
• Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.
• Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
