The House Supervisor-Administrative Coordinator II directs and coordinates nursing administrative services. Promotes the concepts of clinical nursing management and interdisciplinary care delivery. Promotes patient satisfaction, utilizing the principles of the Pride in Caring Program. Works with staff and other health care professionals to optimize patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
