The Grill Cook prepares and cooks foods to high quality standards for patients, employee and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Minimum of 1 or more years of short order cooking in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal culinary training within 5 years.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Formal culinary training.
- Health facilities cooking experience or health care nutrition knowledge.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Food Safety and Sanitation Certification upon hire or within 1 year of hire.
