Penske Rapid Repair is looking for an experienced, Wheel Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

We are seeking a Wheel Technician with experience in troubleshooting and repairing various types of wheels. Our Wheel Repair Technicians specialize in addressing cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels. Responsibilities include painting surfaces, inspecting wheels, preparing, and buffing defects, color mixing, and finishing. Additionally, the Wheel Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing technical assistance to fellow team members.
Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
