Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for locating and recovering vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Locate and recover vehicles using various methods, including skip tracing, surveillance, and investigative techniques
- Load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks or transporters using proper techniques
- Perform basic automotive repairs to ensure safe transportation of recovered vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, including vehicle locations, condition, and any damages incurred during recovery
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing recovery operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations professionally and calmly

Skills:
- Proficient in operating vehicles with manual transmissions
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques to ensure safe transportation of recovered vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during recovery operations
