Position Summary
- As an Electrician working for Delta, you will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems primarily in a business, commercial and/or industrial setting(s).
- Read & interpret blueprints or technical diagrams.
- Organize and maintain work areas.
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
- Install and maintain liquid and air-cooled generators.
- Inspect and install electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and other switchgear.
- Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
- Repair, replace and install wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
- Direct and train apprentices to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
- Journeyman Electrical License in RI. (MA and CT a plus)
- Master License a plus
- 70E arc flash certification a plus
- Valid and current driver’s license
- 4 years previous experience
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently with initiative
- in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented
- US work authorization
- Compensation/Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour
- Education: High School Diploma
- License/Certification: A valid Drivers License and clean Driving Record
- Location: Providence, RI
