A Shift Leader is responsible for assisting a team in preparing orders and bringing a smile to guests. Their duties include greeting customers and inputting their order requests into a computer system and maintaining a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces before, during and after shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

A Shift Leader performs leadership, management and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift:

• Leading employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Guiding a team to meet sales goals during a shift
• Following the company’s security and safety procedures
• Arriving for the start of their shift on time and completing certain tasks to maintain a smooth restaurant environment

We have a dedicated training system to ensure you are equipped for continued success! Ongoing training is implemented with support from the team and management. No prior education or experience is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
