Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Company: Rapid City Urgent Care/Primary Care Location: Irving, TX Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $120,000-$130,000 annually on a 1099 contract Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (No weekends or holidays) Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Incentives Position Summary: Rapid City Urgent Care/Primary Care seeks a highly skilled and state-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality medical care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing various medical situations, from acute illnesses to complex lacerations, and you must be adept at well-woman exams and pediatric treatment. Key Responsibilities: Provide urgent and primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. Expertly repair moderate to complex lacerations. Conduct well-woman exams, ensuring thorough and sensitive care. Treat pediatric patients with a compassionate and practical approach. Work autonomously and with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Requirements: Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Proven experience in urgent care, emergency room, or primary care settings. Proficient in managing moderate to complex lacerations. Comfortable performing well-woman exams and treating pediatric patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care delivery. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Preferred Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
