Rapha Counseling is seeking to employ therapists and psychologists that fit our mission of helping others heal by understanding their inner world, to help guide them in the transformation into strong, confident and restored individuals.
We offer a warm work environment in a group setting with other therapists. Seeking therapists and psychologists that have a heart for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship, and family concerns.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attend to client needs with empathy and compassion.
• Must have effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Carry a full-time caseload of 35 clients a week full-time and 20 part-time.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed in the state of Texas.
• Able to work full-time hours a day, night, and weekends as needed.
• Empathetic and intuitive listening.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer proficiency skills and the ability to learn EHR software.
