PRODUCTION OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a variety of machines, including mechanical and/or hydraulic presses (training provided)
• Stud Welding experience preferred
• Perform quality control checks to ensure work falls within specifications
• Monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Use computer system for job management
• May assist with metal finishing, assembly, and/or packaging product

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some previous experience in a factory setting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Able to safely use and lift equipment/materials weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to work standing for a 8 hour shift
• Reliable and willing to work a 40-hour week (voluntary overtime on occasion)
