Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Sales Specialist. *The Sales Specialist requires an in-depth understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including industry trends, best practices, key players, and popular platforms, as it is crucial for effectively selling Ranked's services to potential clients. This role will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. They will provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales training sessions and work closely with the sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Brand, Creator/Influencer, Technology, and Social Media industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Experience in sales training and development.
• Knowledge of sales management techniques.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience working with Global Brands, Streaming companies, and the Entertainment Industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
