Pay Range : $58,000-$66,700 DOE

You inspire and support our team to provide exceptional programming and events for our branches, establishing Anythink as a Colorado destination.

As part of the customer experience and leadership team, you coordinate district-wide programs, exhibits, and events that reflect Anythink's values and mission.

Your vision :

  • You coordinate Anythink's special projects, including events, exhibitions, outreach opportunities and initiatives like Anythink's Backyard Concert Series, mySummer, and Fall Artist Showcase.
  • You are a genius at event coordination, leading teams to shape project plans and use project management tools to help keep everyone on deadline.
  • You aren't intimidated by minutia and love diving into the nitty-gritty of managing details like scheduling, logistics, and event planning.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have 3 years of marketing / communications / event planning or related experience.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with a high-speed environment.
  • You are tech savvy. You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and talent management software.
  • Spanish Speaking candidates desired.
