Associate Residential Program Supervisor
Overall Objective:
The overall objective of the Associate Residential Program Supervisor (ARPS) is to assist the Program Supervisor in creating, maintaining a small group living situation directed toward maximizing the independence of each resident, relating to each individual served, their family, guardians, and case manages on an individual basis. The Associate Program Supervisor plays an active role in providing direct care to residents, modeling desired performance to all employees, assisting in providing supervision, training and immediate feedback to staff and residents.

Responsible for: Assisting in the Supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s)

Associate Residential Program Supervisor Job Description
Assist in providing supervision, training and immediate feedback to staff and residents.
Participation in all Direct Support Professional Duties outlines in JD-120 such as (minimum of 32 hours per week):
Program Plans
Personal Cares
Skill Development
Behavior Development
Advocacy and Community Living
Adhere to Maltreatment of a Vulnerable Adult reporting procedures.
Supervise individuals at all times to ensure programming and optimum quality of life.
Remain awake on all designated awake shifts.
Work as scheduled, arriving on time and staying to end of shift until relief staff are on duty or Management personnel has given approval to leave.
Obtain and maintain all required certifications such as Medication Administration, CPR/FA, etc. as required by regulation and Range Center, Inc. Policies and Procedures.
Meet all staff development, monthly program/house staff meetings, and training requirements; complete, document, and submit in-service hours as required by regulatory entities.
Pursue opportunities for professional growth and share knowledge and resources with others.
Act in a professional manner and communicate effectively with others; supporting and contributing to an environment of trust, sharing, growth and mutual support; maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers by providing feedback as appropriate.
Focus on the individual rather than the disability.
Maintain confidentiality of all information about each person, the person’s family, and the organization.
Qualifications:

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
