Rangam Infotech Pvt Ltd is Hiring a Marketing Project Manager/Product Marketing Manager(Pharma/Medical Device) Near Princeton, NJ

Searching for a combination of event management and general marketing skillset.

Role is eligible for transition to FTE in June 2024

Medical Field preferred. 3-5 years exp.

The position will be based in Princeton, NJ; up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

Position Summary

  • The Associate Product Manager will be an integral part of the US Marketing team.
  • You will be responsible for managing a strategic marketing initiative
  • the US HCP speaker bureau
  • as well as the related HCP events that will help drive the US commercial strategy.
  • Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing operations and marketing communications activities across the US commercial business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all US HCP contracting needs (e.g. MSA, SOWs) through ContractHub, including contracts needed for speaking events, consulting engagements, and company meetings
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure to support US speakers bureau and KOL programs; manages all interactions with any contracted third party, ensuring adherence to all OEC requirements and managing all required healthcare compliance documentation
  • Coordinate logistical efforts for HCP meetings & conventions, including US trade shows and professional congresses
  • Support creation of commercial communications to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Client branding is utilized consistently and appropriately in interactions with customers across multiple channels
  • Liaise with appropriate team members and internal groups, including Global Strategic Marketing, Meetings & Conventions, and Digital marketing, to ensure that projects are kept on schedule and that project statuses are updated and communicated to project team members on a regular basis
  • Manage US marketing procurement requirements, including PO creation and budget reconciliation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related clinical/technical discipline.
  • Ability to work in the Princeton, NJ office

Preferred Experience

  • 4 years in the healthcare industry (medical devices and/or diagnostics preferred)
  • 2-3 years in marketing, sales, or account management roles
  • U.S. Health Systems and Hospital experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
  • Project management experience, especially involving interactions with US HCPs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
