Role: Sales Center Shipper

Location: 1724 Fifth Ave, Bay Shore, NY 11706

Duration: 4 Months

Shift Time: 6pm - 2:30am (night shift) (Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday)

Payrate: $19/hr. on W2 (Without any benefit)

Job Description:

Responsible for a variety of Distribution Operations of baked goods and other products in our Sales Centers.

The Sales Center Shipper is accountable for the proper count and verification of all incoming/outgoing product loads.

Depending on the size of the Sales Center and the number of routes, tasks will include Loading/Unloading product, sorting, staging, inventory adjustments in our computer systems and maintaining the cleanliness of the Sales Center. Follows all safety procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
0-3 Years of shipping experience preferred. 
Must be able to work around various chemicals and equipment.
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time (except for break and lunch periods), climb, perform repetitive motions, and work in a loud and hot environment.
You must have good written and oral English language communication skills.
Ability to work 8 hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off) and work holidays and weekends (frequently required).

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
