Rang Technologies Inc. is Hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner Near Omaha, NE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory therapy to patients in various healthcare settings. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate respiratory therapy treatments
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment usage
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospital medicine and respiratory therapy practices
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Solid understanding of human anatomy and physiology, particularly as it relates to the respiratory system
- Familiarity with various healthcare settings, including hospitals, PICUs, and pulmonology clinics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare team members
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to respiratory care procedures and conditions
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, including geriatric populations
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,300.00 per week
