If you have Floral Design experience, we want to meet you!

Since 2012, Randy Neal Floral Design has been growing, one bloom at a time. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Floral Designer.

Our Floral Designers are responsible for:

-Processing daily customer floral orders received in person and by phone

-Identifying customer's preferred floral design and desired budget

-Selecting container and flowers; beginning the floral design process (cutting, designing, and shaping)

-Creating elegant corsages and handsome boutonnieres

-Assisting with floral processing and handling

-Assist with customer payment processing and checkout

Current or recent floral experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Full- time will be 5 day work week. For part-time, the position is 2-4 days per week with flexibility in work hours. Compensation is generous and commensurate with experience and transferable floral design skill sets.
