Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 12 months w/ option to extend
Location: Downtown San Jose
Objective :
We are in search of an experienced Business Systems Analyst to aid in the completion of critical IT projects.
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Demonstrated experience in delivering IT projects within mid-sized organizations, working alongside small IT teams (less than 10 people).
- The candidate must possess technical expertise alongside academic project management knowledge.
- The role requires active, hands-on involvement in Business Systems Analysis and project management, collaborating closely with IT staff to execute various projects, including but not limited to:
- Replacement of Wi-Fi access points,
- Implementation of new IT communication platform
- Implementation of new ticket tracking solutions
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and effective stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on IT experience.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
