We are hiring a receptionist to greet customers/visitors/employees and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. Proficient in MS Excel.

Able to work independantly and follow directions.

Greet customers, visitors, and employees by welcoming and directing them appropriately.

Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.

Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate employees.

Answer visitors' questions and provide them with the relevant information.

Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.

Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook.

Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.

Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations.

Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.

Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.

Prior HR experience would be a major plus
