Our client, a highly reputable healthcare institute in the Elkins Park area, is seeking a number of contract Patient Service Representatives to join their growing team! If you are looking to utilize your healthcare and patient-focused experience, this is the position for you!
About You:

• 1 year of patient services experience
• 1 year of healthcare experience is required
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Prior experience utilizing EHR systems required, NextGen is preferred

Day to Day:

• Greet a high volume of incoming patients
• Register patients for their appointments and book follow-up appointments
• Enter patient charges accurately and verify sensitive information
• Collect demographic information and process insurance verifications
• Ensure an ideal patient experience by providing timely and empathetic service

This contract opportunity is the perfect fit for a customer service professional with healthcare experience who enjoys working closely with patients. This position is paying up to $20/hour depending on experience.
