job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for financial accounting : Receive tuition and other payments from parents, update account receivable,
summarize receipts and deposits to bank account, reconciles monthly statements,
provide payroll information for employees for relevant period, etc.
2. Responsible for assisting the Director with the registration process and in maintaining class size.
3. Responsible for assisting the Director in welcoming visitors and explaining the program to them.
4. Responsible for assisting the Director with planning activities, etc.
5. Responsible for keeping track of absences and personal days used by staff.
6. Makes copies for teachers, as needed.
7. Responsible for assisting the Director in keeping records on each child required by Department of Human Services.
8. Prepare the items needed for pre-placement packs.
9. Responsible for assisting the Director in making sure all staff & licensing requirements are met.
Maintains all staff records to include : tracks employee time off, employee records, state requirements included and not limited to fingerprinting, background checks and continuing education
10. Responsible for assisting the Director in purchasing equipment, supplies, etc.
11. Responsible for assisting the Director in seeing that the school operates within budgetfor the year.
12. Adhere to requirements of FUMC Employee Handbooks.
13. Other duties, as assigned.
