Your keen eye for color coordination will be essential in ensuring accurate color matching and consistency. Basic math skills will also be utilized to measure and mix paint ingredients accurately.

Additionally, you will engage in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their paint color selection and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

salary : $17 - $18 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Mix coatings and tints to protect and decorate surfaces based on customer needs.
• Read job orders and inspect surfaces to figure out what materials and procedures are needed.
• Answer technical questions about lacquer products from customers.
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Maintain records for color matching.
• Assist customers when required.
• Work with the team to improve company profits and customer satisfaction.

The essential functions of this role include :

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 7 hours at one time
