The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. $45,000

Responsibilities:

• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
• Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand

• Being familiar with and developing the firm’s philosophy & messaging
• Development & mid-year tweaking of annual marketing plans
• Developed database of marketing activities & results data
• Maintaining contact relationship management software and data
• Coordination of one-on-one networking events
• Coordination of the firm’s attendance at community networking events
• Building and managing a top-of-mind awareness (TOMA) program (i.e. newsletter, email, and birthday messages)
• Plan and manage parties, seminars, speaking engagements, and other group events
• Oversight of the cultivation of gratitude amongst former clients for the firm’s service & experience
• Supporting on occasion the firm’s client recruitment & onboarding

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
• Advanced knowledge of current market trends
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic

• Comfortable and capable of Excellent Remote Work
• 3 Years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and transcription software
• Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure
• Professional demeanor
