We are seeking a talented Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to join our clients' dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our maintenance organization by efficiently planning and scheduling daily maintenance activities.

You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment records, work order logs, registries, and inventory.

Requirements :

• 3 years of experience using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, MAXIMO, INFOR, etc.
• 3 years of experience in one or more of the following crafts : Pump Installation & Pump Repair - Millwright (MOST DESIRED) Pipe Fitting or Welding - Pipe Fitter / Welder / Inspector Tank Maintenance & Repair - Tank Rebuilds, Tank Inspection, Tank Repair Electrical - High Voltage, Low Voltage, Breaker Repair / Replacement Instrumentation - Radar Levels, Tank Gauging, Flow Meters Analyzers - Hydrocarbon and O2 Analyzers

responsibilities :

• Adhering to all safety procedures and practices applicable to the location and position.
• Reviewing work requests and planning work orders in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Initiating work orders for equipment requiring internal or external resources and coordinating the pickup and delivery of needed materials.
• Interfacing with internal customers and third-party contractors to clarify the scope of work and provide technical evaluation.
• Planning an efficient amount of backlog to ensure a steady flow of value-added work.
• Promoting safe work execution through the development of detailed Job Hazard Analysis documentation.
• Purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies from approved suppliers.
• Planning material requirements and managing inventory levels.
• Organizing and arranging all required means to execute work and ensuring job sites are prepared.
• Staging parts for all planned jobs with work order numbers and job plans attached.
• Participating in root cause analysis of equipment failures and defects.
• Review completed maintenance reports and determine if follow-up actions are needed.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment repair costs, decrease downtime, and optimize efficiency.
• Maintaining equipment history files and PM inspection records.
• Participating in daily and / or weekly work process management meetings.
• Supporting the area team of operating, maintenance, and engineering members.
• Monitoring applicable metrics and improving planning performance.
• Performing other duties assigned by management within the generally expected scope of this position.
