Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an Inbound Support Center Team that focuses on Financial and Broker Relations. Office is located in Rockville, MD 20850. This is mostly a remote role, however candidates may need to go in occasionally for meetings, training etc. The right candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers. Responsibilities

• Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm (M-F / closed on weekends)
• Four Year Degree in a Business related Field
• Effectively operate a personal computer with related business software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers
• Respond to customer requests for information regarding financial regulation
• Provide pending and approved member firms with assistance in form and registration processing
• Process information requests and route calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide non-registered representatives with assistance regarding Form U4 / U5 filing
