job summary :
A Construction Supervisor / Construction Coordinator is needed for a large scale construction. Construction Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the installation of manufacturing equipment, managing contractors, budgets, and schedules.
This role ensures compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
As the Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee heavy industrial equipment installation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, crafting and overseeing equipment installation scopes of work and bid packages, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, monitoring installation methods to meet specifications, and compiling project status reports for management evaluation.
This is a long-term contract and living allowance can be budgeted for regional candidates.
responsibilities :
- Supervise heavy industrial equipment installations
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including owners and contractors
- Develop and manage equipment installation scopes of work and bid packages
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor equipment installation methods to meet specifications
- Prepare and present project status reports for management review
