Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices.
- Recording Transactions: Accurately recording sales and payments.
- Reconciliation: Ensuring accounts are balanced.
- Follow-up: Contacting customers for overdue payments.
- Customer Communication: Responding to inquiries professionally.
- Credit Management: Assessing and monitoring customer credit.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records.
