SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a Hybrid (On-Site Tues/Wed/Thurs) opportunity in Columbia, SC. The manager is looking for a BSA with Call Center as a Service (CCaas) experience with vendors such as Genesys, Enghouse and/ or Avaya.
Required Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's or Associate s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related field is Highly Desired
- 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Must have experience with Call Center as a Service (CCaas) Vendors like Genesys, Enghouse and/or Avaya
- Must have experience with Amazon Connect Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and vendors such as BlueWorx
Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:
- Will be a part of the team that supports our client s commercial and corporate contact centers by providing the systems which enable our customers to get assistance via phone or chat. Leverage hybrid solutions that span both on-site and cloud-based platforms. The applications that are part of Contact Center Technologies include: ACD (Automated Call Distribution)/CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) enables both customer and provider contacts (calls and chats) to be routed across our call centers to an agent with the right skillset to address their concerns
- Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective
- Identify and validate requirements and organize the information into a logical document that is understood by the customer and Information Systems
- Guide both technical and customer departments in the development of the systems that support the business solution
Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site in Columbia, SC every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
