Eagle Labs is Hiring a Quality Assurance in-Process Technician | 2nd shift 4 PM - 2:30 PM Near Seminole, FL

General Purpose

Production Personnel is the working hands on the floor assembling parts and products to create a finished product that meets its predetermined quality attributes.

Personnel adhere to cGMP principles while involved in producing dietary supplements in the Production Department work area—adherence to cGMP aids in the reduction of bioburden and contamination of products manufactured for human consumption.

Position Responsibilities

Training:

Production Personnel receive basic CGMP training before being allowed on the production floor. Adherence to CGMP rules must be observed at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Functions as a participating team member
  • Assembles components per written or verbal instructions in designated time, as assigned.
  • Reviews and completes required production documentation accurately.
  • Inspect production areas before production starts on a product.
  • Inspect labels of products in production for correct label, expiration date and lot number as compared to the Batch Production Record.
  • Maintains a safe and orderly workplace.
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

None needed, training for job will be administered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • General math skills, able to count and measure accurately.
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
  • Able to take direction and follow production/assembly operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in OJT processes.
  • Accurate visual acuity for color and depth perception
  • Vision sufficient to accurately measure in fractions of an inch.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small equipment/packaging.
  • Read and understand basic production/assembly instructions.
  • Comprehend written and verbal assignments.
  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse work environment.
  • Continuous sitting and standing
  • Bench work requiring bending, leaning and extended standing.
  • Minimum to moderate noise level in a production/assembly setting
  • Fast-paced daily production schedule
