The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee events, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state Department of Labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual is required
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 2 years' of experience in Human Resources and Administration
• HRIS experience - Workday preferred
