What you'll do:

• As an Epic Analyst, you'll implement and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) workflows
• Learn to Build "Cheers" CRM Systems
• Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems
• Roadmapp and meet with Business partners on enhancments and system needs.
• Create detailed documentation, including but not limited to: system design documentation, procedures, process and data flows, project plans, and recommendations for system enhancements from scratch.

What you'll bring:

• Epic certification is required
• Ideally, the certification would be in Cheers CRM but we are open to other Epic certifications such as: Cadence, Beaker, and Ambulatory.

• A willingness to learn EPIC Cheers and CRM development
• A natural curiosity to problem solve outside of conventional Epic practices.
