responsibilities:

• This position represents the Global Experience & Identity (GXI) organization, Global Delivery & Optimization (GDO) department, Service Performance & Experience (SPX) group, and Technology Asset Management (TAM) team.
• Individuals in the position will be responsible developing and implementing a standardized model to create and maintain hardware asset data in the hardware asset management tool (ServiceNow).
• In addition, this person will understand all current hardware lifecycle processes and identify opportunities to standardize those processes across hardware asset categories in the enterprise.
• Finally, this resource will define and monitor metrics to maintain hardware asset data quality, inventory optimization, and process efficiency.
• This role will work with several technology teams within Technology Services, including Global Deskside Support, Configuration Management, IT Service Management, Information Protection and Audit teams.
• Setup, Configure and Maintain hardware asset data within Hardware Asset Management tools to maintain trustworthy and accurate data for each asset category under management.
• Understand, document, and improve hardware lifecycle processes to manage hardware asset data accuracy.
• Review and update policy, process, and procedures to establish consistent oversight of hardware asset tracking.
• Gather and review data to support optimization metrics for asset inventory to reduce operating costs.
• Develop and implement policy and process controls to audit process effectiveness.
• Work with internal stakeholders to define and manage hardware inventory tracking system roadmap.
• Validate and test functionality for asset tracking enhancements and planned system releases.
• Prepare and deliver communications and training materials for stakeholders that track assets.
