Job Description:

Our client is searching for experienced Information Security Systems Engineering (ISSE) professionals to join the Network Security Engineering Team comprised supporting managed network infrastructures for federal government and other customers. This role is part of the business development team working on bringing new business and new technologies to the company. It will be a dynamic environment and you will be responsible for developing the security architecture for managed networks on new programs and pursuits.

• This position is ONSITE and located in Melbourne, Florida.
• This position requires the ABILITY to obtain FAA Public Trust and Top Secret Clearance.

Essential Functions:

• Lead Security Systems Engineering efforts on new business pursuits responsible for developing architecture, selecting new products, and developing cost estimates to implement solutions.
• Develop proposal documentation and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Provide expertise and guidance to current programs and Internal Research and Development (IRAD) teams.
• Develop, maintain and publish network security technical documentation in accordance with Systems Engineering processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 11 years of prior related experience.
• In-depth experience with Networking technologies.
• Experience developing security architectures.
• Experience writing proposals and developing BOEs.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to manage projects on their own with little direction.
• Experience in application and compliance of customer tailored NIST and FISMA controls and policies.
