ASSISTANT SWIMMING COACH

Randolph-Macon College, an NCAA Division III coed institution and member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, invites applicants for a 12-month, full-time Assistant Swimming Coach.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a strength training and dryland program, recruiting, and on-deck instruction.
• Position involves substantial weekend travel during the competition phase (October-February), mostly within Virginia.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required. 
• College varsity swimming or coaching experience.
