Full time receptionist needed. Looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly and has a personality suited for the demands of the front desk. Looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment. Responsibilities of the front desk include answering phones, managing multiple phone lines, scheduling of appointments, relaying accurate information to owners, building relationships with clients, keeping the front desk area neat and clean. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital! Some weekends and evenings will be required.
