We are a growing landscape and snow removal company based in Windham, NH and are currently seeking an experienced landscaper to join our team for this season and beyond, with an immediate start date. Employment at Randall Landscaping requires a positive attitude with a passion for the industry. We provide top quality work to our clients throughout the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

We are looking for an honest, hardworking, detail oriented person who takes pride in their work and is looking for a career and not just a job. We do require that you are an experienced lawn mower with at least three years experience that can be verified. We use exmark zero turn riders and walk behinds and you must have knowledge of how to stripe a lawn. You must also know how to efficiently string, trim, edge, etc. as this position would require some string trimming. Knowledge of spring/fall cleanup, mulch, pruning/trimming is also a must. This position will also offer snow and ice management work in the winter.

* Be at least 18 years of age
* Possess a valid driver's license, with clean driving record
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work and show up on time every single day
* Pass a criminal background check
* Be able to pass a pre employment drug test and possible random screens
* Have a DOT medical card or ability to obtain within 1 week (company will pay for this)
* Minimum 3 years verifiable experience
* Strength to perform heavy physical work and walking long distances
* Must be self-motivated, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and willing to take directions
* Must be able to work 40 hours/week, including occasional Saturdays if necessary due to weather
* Be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
* Must be a team player and have a willingness to learn
* Plus if you know how to operate a bark blower, skid steers, excavators, etc.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
