LOOKING FOR:
POSITION: Maintenance Technician
PAY: $17 - $25
LOCATION: Mobile and Baldwin Counties in
SHIFT: Daytime Afternoon Typically 8-5 pm
HOURS: Full-Time

Duties:
- Furniture assembly
- Replace fixtures plumbing/electrical
- Repair Sheetrock
- Painting
- Ceiling tile systems repair
- Fence repair and installation
- Window and Door repair and replacement
- Tile installation and repair
- Light carpentry and trim work
- Appliance installation
- Flooring
- TV, Mirror, and Picture hanging
- Van/Tool organization
- Asphalt/Cement patchwork
- Pressure Washing
Requirements:
- Paid Technical Maintenance Experience
- Expert technical knowledge such as carpentry, electricity codes, plumbing, etc.
- Smart Phone
