Rand Dance Academy in Golden, Colorado is expanding their studio and seeking 4 instructors in their vibrant studio in Golden, Colorado and this year, we are proud to be a top three finalist for the prestigious 2024 Community Impact Award. Our studio is dedicated to fostering a culture of support, respect, and thoughtfulness within our Golden area community, and we're expanding our team to continue spreading the joy of dance! We're currently seeking talented dance instructors to join our dance family:

1. Experienced Ballet Instructor:

• Are you well-versed in intermediate and advanced Ballet, Pointe, and Pre-Pointe? Join us in guiding our Level III, IV, and V dancers to new heights of excellence!
• Co-produce and create unforgettable Winter Showcases and Annual Ballet performances, showcasing the talents of our dedicated students.
• Classes are scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays.

2. Enthusiastic and Experienced Musical Theatre Instructor:

• Embark on an exciting journey as you introduce Musical Theatre to our studio on Tuesday nights, catering to ages 6-18.
• The ideal candidate should possess the skill set to spearhead and develop a vibrant new Musical Theatre program at the studio.
• Class frequency will be tailored to enrollment demand.

3. Outstanding Tap Instructor:

• We’re looking for a tap teacher who possesses a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, creativity, and a passion for tap to instruct our young tappers Level I, II, and III.
• A keen sense of rhythm and musicality is a must have skill to teach students to synchronize their movements with various styles of music.
• Tap classes will be held Mondays at 6:15pm and 7:15pm.

4. Dynamic Hip Hop Instructor:

• We're seeking a cutting-edge Hip Hop instructor equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques in the genre.
• Three classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced dancers will be held on Wednesdays from 6:15 to 9:15pm.

• Crafting engaging dance curriculum.
• Choreographing captivating routines.
• Selecting music that inspires and uplifts.
• Preparing students for bi-annual showcases and potential participation in our annual charity event.
• Collaborating with our expanding RDA Company for regional competitions.
• Candidates should be available to audition for the positions during our summer camps the weeks of June 24, July 15th, or July 22nd for the upcoming 2024-2025 season starting on September 3rd.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
