We are Rancho Tree Service, California’s Leading Utility Vegetation Management, Environmental and Arboriculture Experts. We are currently hiring for our Southern California operations throughout the San Bernardino Mountains and High Desert regions.

This listing is for the position of FIELD SAFETY MONITOR with Rancho Tree Service. We are looking for a Field Safety Monitor who can effectively manage our Field Safety program in alignment with our corporate culture of safety. Field Safety Monitor should provide the field leadership and observation capacity needed to elevate the expectation for safe Utility Line Clearance operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years experience in performing Utility Line Clearance
• EHAP, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR Certified
• Ability to work in diverse terrain, weather and climate conditions
• Ability to record written safety observations in digital format
• Bilingual English Spanish preferred
• Clean DMV Record

Per California pay transparency laws, this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually
