Rancho Hillside is Hiring a Community Manager Near San Diego, CA

We are looking for someone with have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, experienced in addressing client concerns, and who enjoys working with people on a day to day basis to join our team as a community manager.

We specialize in the management and development of luxury apartments. Our team is continually growing and is looking to hire a hardworking and enthusiastic community manager for one of our locations in Central San Diego County.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Community Manager is responsible the performance of their property and management of their team by motivating and leading them to success. All activities related to apartment leasing, marketing, move-ins, residential services, maintenance, renewals, and various property management functions. The scope includes the following tasks:

· Conduct tours and assist with the leasing process

· Collecting rent each month and enforcing the lease contract

· Responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the property

· As a successful Community Manager, you will lead your property to success by providing unmatched service to our residents and employees.

· Be responsible for staff development through motivating, training, and coaching your team, as well as implementing and overseeing leasing, marketing and resident relation strategies that provide an unmatched client service experience.

· Be able to motivate and influence staff and residents, possess excellent sales/closing techniques, excellent customer service skills, able to plan, organize and follow through on work, excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations

· Observe all company procedures and safety rules, highly motivated self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Fair Housing Knowledge

· 1 – 3 years of experience in managing 100 or more units

· Able to work weekends
