Job Summary
To provide retail service to existing customers while meeting personal and team sales goals as well as furthering the mission of Rancho Foods, Inc.
Essential Functions
- Place orders for customers
- Scouting / recruiting new customers
- Send out price lists to customers
- Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- Create call sheets for existing customers
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Maintain customer records
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to speak Spanish is required
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
Sales Experience of at least two years
