We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our new team. We are ranchers hat store in Brenham , Tx . Offering a variety of western cowboy/ fashion hats , western clothing, as well as accessories !

As a Sales Sales Associate /Hat Shaper , you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers , assisting customers with hat sizing and selection, Understanding customer needs and tailoring product to meet their requirements. maintaining store cleanliness and upkeep. Processing sales transactions efficiently. Other duties as they arise.

Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Hat Shaping experience preferred but not required! Willingness to learn the hat shaping process is plus!

-Experience with POS system or willingness to learn checkout process.
