Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our salon and spa, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your role will involve handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members

- Schedule appointments for salon and spa services

- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Handle cash transactions and process payments

- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual Vietnamese/English Preferred

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus (body waxing, nail care, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair styling, barbering, cosmetology)

- Familiarity with color theory is an asset

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
