Ranch House BBQ is seeking to expand its crew! We are looking for experienced part-time servers and hosts that bring a great attitude and want to provide excellent customer service to our eclectic customer base.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Servers and Hosts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety regulations

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Familiarity with POS systems

- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills

- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register

- Strong sales skills to promote drinks and specials

- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Understanding of brewing techniques is a plus

- Experience in banquet or food service environments is advantageous
