We are seeking a Sr. NetSuite Administrator that has a passion for solving accounting problems. This person will serve as primary system administrator for NetSuite environment providing ongoing administration, technical support and accounting expertise to internal team members.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Manage workflows, reports, and dashboards for Financial Operations based on evolving business needs
• Maintain relationships with Financial Operations, working closely with Controller
• Business problem solutioning and configuration, delivering platform improvements and operational efficiencies along with determining level of effort on solutions
• Ensure clean and reliable data
• Research updates and upgrades, analyze their impact and prepare internal team members for software changes, performing updates as needed.
• Analyze business requirements for new development requests, define scope, and complete.
• Develop effective monitoring procedures for the NetSuite environment.
• Assist in training and defining training for users and ensure that cross training is adequate for alternate administrators to perform basic environment tasks.
• Establish, implement, and follow standard processes and controls to ensure a clean environment. Including but not limited to customization requests, sandbox maintenance, and change management.
• Manage any vendors or consultant relationships needed to meet Client’s NetSuite support needs.
• Apply NetSuite best practices to support multiple business units
• Ability to critically evaluate request details from business units, create technical detail from abstract concepts, communicate a general understanding from technical details, and interpret user requests into true requirements
• Execute proof of concepts in lower environments, demonstrate how it solves problems, accept and implement feedback
• Understanding of technology development lifecycle

Skills Needed to Win:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited, reputable university
• 5 years of ERP/Accounting experience
• 5 years as a NetSuite Administrator
• Experience in configuring components within NetSuite, Roles and Permissions, Audit Functions, User Interface, SuiteAnalytics, Search, Reports, Dashboards, Centers and Tabs
• Ability to work with others effectively to achieve common goals
• Ability to collaborate on general accounting practices and principles such as Financial Reporting, 1099s, Tax, Inventory Management, Bank Reconciliations, etc.
• Ability to think critically and map out/solve complex issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis including the ability to respectfully challenge team members’ requests

Nice to have:

• Experience using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow
• ERP System implementation and system integration
• Experience with Kanban tools such as JIRA
• Relational database design using PL/SQL
• Utilization of SuiteScript.
• Experience with NetSuite NSPB, ZoneBilling, Avalara
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification/ NetSuite Administrator Certification

$75,000-$120,000/year* profit sharing benefits

*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
