What Winning Looks Like: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans using an omnichannel approach (paid media, social media, SEO, CRO, and email marketing) to achieve team goals. 
• Elevate our digital marketing strategy through collaboration with internal teams, including Product Managers.
• Conduct customer interviews and leverage data exploration tools such as Segment to inform and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Maintain meticulous campaign planning and calendar management to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. 
• Lead the understanding of key budget drivers for present and future performance, informing monthly revenue goals.
• Effectively manage the budget to drive the marketing plan, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.

Skills Needed to Win: 

• Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of performance marketing experience, showcasing your ability to analyze marketing funnels and identify areas for improvement.
• Exhibit a current and passionate engagement with data, surfacing actionable insights, and making informed recommendations to stakeholders. 
• Expert pulling GA reports and other data platforms
• Showcase the ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution.
