Rampart Multi-Family Management is Hiring a Leasing Agent (Tax Credit) Near Dallas, TX

Title: Leasing Agent - Dallas, TX

Rampart Multi-Family Management a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for a Leasing Agent.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, irate resident, service request, etc.
  • Greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community while communicating features and benefits
  • Maintain a Leasing Portfolio, which includes community specific information complete with brochures and information
  • Walk rented units prior to move-in to verify that unit is move-in ready
  • Oversee correct completion of all lease applications, application verification and notification of prospective clients of results. Oversee miscellaneous client communication as needed
  • Physically inspect or oversee physical inspection of community, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff. Inspects move-outs and vacancies as needed.
  • Inventory office supplies on periodic basis.
  • Oversee organization and filing of appropriate reports, leases and paperwork.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by Site Manager or Regional Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management leasing preferred
  • Tax Credit experience Credit preferred
  • HUD preferred
  • Good leasing and closing skills
  • Must have Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge
  • Good organizational skills
  • Tax Credit a plus
