Summary:
Ramirez Painting Service is seeking skilled painters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial painting, possess basic tools, and have reliable transportation. As a painter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality painting services to our clients while maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Protect surrounding areas from paint drips and overspray.
• Repair damaged areas on surfaces prior to painting.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
• Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying various coatings.
• Basic knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different painting techniques and products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specialty finishes such as faux painting or decorative techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to painting and construction.
• Basic tools and own Transportation are Required
