Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Basic computer skills for operating the cash register

Skills:
- Upselling: Ability to persuade customers to purchase additional products or upgrades
- Outside sales: Experience in selling products or services outside of a physical store location
- Inside sales: Experience in selling products or services within a physical store location
- Renovate: Knowledge of home improvement or renovation projects
- Account management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
