Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Duties: - Conduct diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions - Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools - Fabricate or modify parts as needed - Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently - Supervise and train junior technicians when necessary - Weld and solder components as required - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track repairs and maintenance activities - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Experience: - Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and electrical skills - Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment - Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Leadership skills to supervise junior technicians Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and holidays If you have the required skills and experience for this position, we would love to hear from you.
